Through this program, the organisation aims to:

• Reduce time spent on low-value cognitive work such as searching, summarizing,

drafting and preparation

• Improve the quality and speed of decision preparation and problem-solving

• Understand the evolution towards Agentic AI – how AI is evolving from prompt-based

tools to more agentic systems

• Increase adoption of AI tools through confidence, clarity, and safe usage habits

• Create a common language and capability baseline that enables future scaling and

specialization

Targeted outcomes for participants

Increase AI confidence and daily application:
Participants regularly use GenAI for at least 3 high-impact, role-specific tasks, aiming at achieving measurable time savings of 4-6 hours per week through selected high-impact cases, improved prompting, and critical evaluation of outputs.

Practical Agentic AI thinking:
Participants can identify and articulate at least 2 business processes in their area that could benefit from AI agents, including clear human oversight boundaries, and risk considerations.

Targeted outcomes for organisation

Bottom-up efficiency improvements:
Aggregate participation time-savings translate to 800-1,200 hours reclaimed per week across a 200-person cohort, and redirected toward higher-value work, rather than repetitive tasks.

Innovation pipeline from the frontlines:
Capture 20-40 concrete, employee-identified opportunities for Agentic AI implementation with defined business cases, providing leadership with vetted ideas rooted in operational reality.

The modules and core focus

1. Creating efficiency with AI
What AI and GenAI are (and are not). How AI connects to everyday work rather than abstract technology development. And recognise where AI can support personal productivity in everyday work.
2. Elevating the use of Gen AI
Prompting instructions and quality output, security considerations, spotting patterns, predicting, and randomness.
3. Exploring Agentic AI
Understanding the next wave of AI – from tools to systems, understanding how AI can plan, act, and support more complex work.
4. Putting Agentic AI into practice
Encourage safe, practical experimentation with AI to identify realistic efficiency improvements in everyday work.
