Make feedback easier, learning smoother, and insights more actionable

This release makes it easier to share feedback, reuse learning journeys, guide learners through quizzes, and understand performance at every level. We’ve also introduced several usability improvements and resolved key issues to keep the experience running smoothly.

Share feedback directly from the learning experience

Your feedback helps shape what comes next. With the new Give feedback feature, users can now share product feedback directly from within Collegial learning journeys and learning items, making it easier to provide feedback in the moment, with the right context.

  • Share feedback directly from a learning journey, course, live event, or assessment
  • Add images or videos to help illustrate your feedback
  • Opt in to a follow-up conversation with our Product team
  • Help ensure feedback reaches the right team for review and follow-up

The Give feedback option is available from the journey overview and within learning items that are part of a learning journey. For courses, the option is available on the course start page.

Reuse learning journeys with confidence

Preparing a new cohort or repeating a successful learning initiative is now simpler and more reliable.

Learning journey duplication now creates a complete copy of the journey and its included learning items, helping learning designers reuse existing journeys without unintended connections to the original content.

  • Duplicate the full journey structure in one action
  • Create new copies of included courses, assessments, live events, and other supported content
  • Add copied content directly to the selected destination space
  • Reduce manual work and avoid confusion between original and reused content

Live Event structures and sessions are included in the duplication, while participant lists and recordings remain separate. If external or partner content cannot be copied because of access limitations, the platform clearly communicates this - giving you greater transparency throughout the process.

Clearer guidance during course quizzes

We’ve made quiz navigation more intuitive, helping learners understand exactly what to do next.

  • Submit is now Scroll to submit
  • Retake is now Scroll to retake when another attempt is needed
  • Selecting either option automatically takes learners to the relevant action

These updates provide clearer guidance and create a smoother quiz experience, especially in longer assessments.

Deeper insights, down to the section level

Admins can now explore learning performance in greater detail with new section-level insights.

When a learning journey includes sections, the Section insights view now provides visibility into the learning items and learners within each section.

  • View completion, participation, and other key metrics for every learning item
  • Explore learner-level progress and activity within a section
  • Drill down into detailed insights for individual courses, assessments, and live events
  • Export section-level data for more consistent reporting

Updated navigation and breadcrumbs also make it easier to understand where you are within a journey, while enhanced CSV exports provide a clearer view of learner progress and activity.

Plus, ongoing improvements

We’ve continued to improve the overall platform experience with updates designed to make learning and administration more seamless.

  • More intuitive navigation and guidance during course quizzes
  • Safer, more efficient reuse of existing learning journeys
  • Greater visibility into learner activity and performance
  • More consistent reporting across journeys and sections

And of course, bug fixes

We’ve resolved several issues to keep the platform running smoothly, including:

  • Discussion posts not opening correctly from notification alerts
  • Formatting issues in Outlook web calendar bookings
  • Description and link issues in Google Calendar Live Event bookings
