Lack of proper talent is one of the major obstacles to growth for organizations according to the Swedish Agency for Economic and Regional Growth. The Swedish EdTech company Collegial now partners with the leading digital talent transformation platform Udacity to accelerate the digital transformation of Nordic enterprises and support them with job-ready capabilities.

The strategic partnership between Collegial and Udacity will allow leading Nordic companies to develop relevant workforce capabilities to deliver next-level business results.

“This Collegial partnership is looking to expand the impact of Udacity to more than 15,000 individuals and will create measurable value through high impact digital talent initiatives,” says Emma Swonson, Area Vice President, Partnerships, Udacity.

To fill the skills gaps it has to be easy for organizations to develop programs at a large scale.

"With Udacity, we can help build and scale strategic learning initiatives that develop job-ready skills with a proven methodology,” says Ronald Bernette, founder of Collegial.
